Case Management and Support Services Once an assessment is complete, case management and support services are provided to all teenage recipients under 18 years of age if they are not residing with a parent or legal guardian. Case management services are also offered to other teen parents if the client requests service. Case management and support services focus on helping teen parents work toward self-sufficiency. Services are provided to help teen parents: return to school, arrange necessary daycare services, ensure that medical services are provided as needed, plan for the future, and work toward self-sufficiency.
